Who can use the app?
The app is designed for everyone, including farmers and general users who want to track their personal activities. Farmers can add investors to their profile, who will receive an access code to sign up on the farm. This enables investors to monitor all farm activities.

Can I have more than one farm?
Currently, each account only manages a single farm, but you can operate multiple batches of poultry birds on your farm. You can choose between layers or broilers, and we plan to expand these options in the future.

How can I add an investor?
Once signed in as a farmer, go to the Finances section and click the plus button. You will see the option to “Add Investor”. This will enable your investor to keep track of farm activities.

How can I create a batch?
To create a batch, log in as a farmer and click on “New Batch”. Select the currency and provide other necessary information, choose the bird type (Broiler/Layer), add images of the new birds and click “Save Batch”. Your investors will be notified about the new batch.

Can I modify a created batch?
Yes, as a farmer, you can modify an existing batch by clicking the top right button, which provides various options related to your running batch. We plan to add more options based on user feedback. Please, let us know if you have specific features in mind.

How can I update my business value, running capital, and available balance?
As a farmer, you can update these details by going to “Farm Details”, clicking on the “Summary” tab, and using the edit button to modify the information. For additional help, contact our support team via the chat channel, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

How secure are my chat messages with investors?
We use end-to-end encryption to ensure that only the sender and receiver can read the messages. These messages are stored only on the sender’s and receiver’s devices, encrypted, and are not stored on our servers. No third parties have access to your messages.
